What is Nordic Walking about?
Nordic Walking is a physical sport activity which one can practise by using special sticks made for this purpose, resembling the ones used for long distance skiing.
When Nordic Walking you will use all your muscles without overloading your joints. It is therefore a sport for all.
Our instructors are waiting for you to start working both body and mind. Basically, Nord Walking is not a magic potion but a revolutionary and innovative way of walking.
While performing you will be able to discover many interesting aspects of the surrounding natural environment.
Courses and Nordic Walking lessons are performed outdoors and based on three levels: wellness, fitness and sport.

Accessibility

Outfit
Better wear running trail shoes according to the season: long trousers or shorts, long or short sleeved sweater, sweatshirt, lightweight waterproof jacket or cape, hat.

Equipment
Nordic Walking sticks are supplied by Vivere l’Aniene.
